For last 20 years we constantly improved and implemented new technologies into our optical sorting machines to get highest quality of sorting. Our machine range is from small affordable machine for individual farmer up to big, most advanced machines for food processing cooperations. AI Deep learning function for very slight differences is common thing in AMD. Apart from regular color separation we also offer X Ray sorting for foreign matter removal to provide food safety.
RECYCLING
Beside huge experience in agriculture products sorting, our company also implemented our technologies into plastic recycling sector. For this purpose we prepared special series of machines for color separation, as well for polymer separation. We are able to separate most of non black plastics using infrared technology. For particle size we start from 1mm of PET flakes up to whole bottle sorting.
ORE / STONES

Apart from stones our durable machines are able to work well with glass cullet and metals, all those materials require heavy duty machines to last for many years. Sorting process implementation
First contact
Contact us and provide your business information, what are materials you are processing, what are you expectations about capacity and purity of material then we will be able to simply judge if we have solution for you or not.
Sample delivery
Send us or bring with you material for testing. The best would be after primary cleaning so free from dust and large debris, if its not possible to supply us with pre cleaned material that’s also ok we have pre cleaning equipment to make job for you. Once material will be ready for optical sorting we will choose machine type and perform sorting test. After test we will count everything and prepare sorting raport for you.
Machine model selection and process design
After successful testing we will match machine according to your expectations. Some materials require couple times sorting and that require conveying system, we will recommend solution for your material to make sure whole process will be satisfying for you.
Ordering / machine production
After we confirm all conditions and order is submitted, production of machine Is starting, that usually takes 4-5 weeks, and another 4-5 weeks we need for machine shipping to our distribution warehouse from where our machines are delivered to your place. All machines are packed in wooden casing avoiding any risks of damages during transportation.
Delivery and installation
When you are ready to collect machine we dispatch it straight to indicated place. Depending on circumstances and your preferences installation is done by yourself with our remote guidance when you need any support or tips, or we can assist you on site during installation if you have any doubts or worries.
Commissioning
When all installation works are finished you inform us that machine is ready for commissioning. Few days after that our personnel is coming to your place to check installation and launch and set machine for your materials. Our personnel will provide training for your staff as well. From this moment you can enjoy pure sorting performance with AMD machines.
